This policy describes how Strandworks LLC ("we", "us") handles information on tenetrix.org. Tenetrix is the digital brand of Strandworks LLC. Our apps have their own privacy policies:

• Tenetrix Insight privacy policy
• Tenetrix Toddler Academy privacy policy

This website has no user accounts or sign-up forms, and it does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested in order to deliver and protect the site.

If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message, and we use it to reply to you.

If you choose to connect a social media or other third-party account (such as Facebook or Google) to a Strandworks LLC tool under the Tenetrix brand, we may receive:

• Basic profile information (name, email address, profile picture)
• Your user ID on that platform
• Any additional permissions you explicitly grant during authorization

We request only the permissions needed for the feature you are using. We do not post to your accounts without your explicit consent, and we do not access private messages or contact lists. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your account settings on that platform or by contacting us.

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, operate and secure the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We share information only with service providers that operate the website and our email (such as our hosting and email providers), or when required by law.

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. The Tenetrix Toddler Academy app is covered by its own privacy policy.
